She Calendar — Privacy Policy

She Calendar is a Google Calendar add-on that helps you keep track of recurring self-care: things like nails, hair color, dental cleaning or a yearly check-up. It is made by Zarmumia (Kfar Saba, Israel). This policy explains what the add-on accesses, why, and what it does with it.
What the add-on accesses
- A calendar it creates for you. She Calendar creates one secondary calendar in your Google account, named "She Calendar", and adds, changes and removes reminder events only inside that calendar. It uses the permission
calendar.app.created, which does not let it see or change any of your other calendars or events. - Your routine list and settings. The items you add (for example "Nails, every 3 weeks, last done on a given date") and your reminder preferences are saved in your own Google account, in the add-on's private user storage (Google Apps Script user properties). Only you and the add-on can read them.
- Your language setting. The add-on reads your Google language setting only to show its screens in English or Hebrew.
What the add-on does not do
- It does not read your other calendar events, emails, contacts or files.
- It does not send your data to any server outside Google, and it has no database of its own.
- It does not sell, rent or share your data with anyone, and it shows no ads.
- It does not use your data for advertising, profiling, or to train AI models.
How the data is used
Your routine list is used only to calculate when each item is due next and to create the matching reminder event in the "She Calendar" calendar. Nothing else.
Google API Services User Data Policy
She Calendar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Keeping and deleting your data
- To remove a single item, open it in the add-on and choose "Remove from list". Its reminder event is deleted too.
- To remove everything, uninstall the add-on from Google Calendar and delete the "She Calendar" calendar from your calendar settings. You can also revoke the add-on's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Health-related items
Some suggested items (such as a mammogram or a dental cleaning) relate to health. The add-on only stores the name, how often you want to be reminded, and the date you entered. It does not give medical advice, and the default intervals are general suggestions you can change. Please follow your doctor's recommendations.
Children
She Calendar is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
